has built in petticoat and attached waist ties
has pretty major discoloring and staining that wasn’t disclosed when i bought it:( see photos for more details.
most of the staining is on the bust area but also on the front of the skirt and one circle stain on the back of the bodice. it also needs quite a good steam!
also i have not tried getting the stains out or bleaching so that might do the trick!
