The package could pass as a letter, so the max shipping for a tracked letter to UK would be around 10 € and as I do free shipping to France, I also take a part for myself for "outside shipping", so the shipping cost would be 5€ : )

The elastic waist size (flat measurements) is from around 30 cm stretching up to around 40 cm.
