Whipped Magic Chest Ribbon is released in 2008 and it is still in perfect condition. I have put on to try for once in an AC room but haven't worn outdoors.
Set includes JSK and headband. It has cupcake prints and the details of it makes it even sweeter, such as: the tip of the  bow tie has a pearl hanging, the cupcake lace and the adjustable partial shirring offers a ease of fitting and larger range of sizes. I also really like that the bow headband has really cute roll.
