I'm the second owner of this Angelic Pretty OP.
Sleeves are a light chiffon,so makes it easier to wear in hotter weather. Dress is slightly wrinkled, i was shipped with it like this, i haven't yet tried to de-wrinkle the dress. I also do have the Waist Ties!
I've only worn it once, and Measurements are taken from Lolibrary:
Bust: 91 cm
Waist: 88cm
