Whip Jacquard OP in ivory from Angelic Pretty. Has waist-ties and the attachable bow. The dress is in good condition but has a small stain on the right sleeve from what looks like to be pencil? t(see fourth picture) that was there when I bought the dress. It is facing the inside so not really noticable when worn.
