Beautiful Sailor piece in good condition! Missing Waist bow! Bust: 90cm, Waist: 72cm UNSHIRRED

I bought it from auctions and have only worn it once. It was missing the waist bow when I bought it. The waist ties are still intact however.

I will take reasonable offers.

To Washington would be $8.50 or so~ I'd have to get back to you on the Canada shipping quote, it's kind of a heavy dress.
