Hi! I'm really interested in buying this but unsure of the size. Lolibrary says the waist is 66cm, do you think it runs true to this measurement?

Hi there! First up, I'm very sorry for the late reply. I've been in a rural area for a bit with no internet access. As for the skirt, I have to say that it's very true to the measurements on Lolibrary. It's about spot on 66cm since it's an unshirred piece.
