Angelic Pretty Twinkle Carnival Halter JSK in black and gold
Great condition! I got this used but it seemed like new. I only wore it twice! it's so cute but I'm doing some closet cleaning (plus I own this in the ivory colorway so I'm letting go of this one...) PLEASE ENJOY IT!!! It's made so well and you will feel so fancy wearing it.
- Waist ties are removable
- halter top straps not removable, but could be tucked in so you could wear it in a strapless style :0
- no stains/rip/etc that I can find

Official waist measurement is 68cm, but I have right around 80cm waist and it fit me fine since there is shirring.
Official bust measurement is 87cm, but my bust is around 95 and it fit fine, again probably because of the shriring.
