Twinkle Barbie coat in black by Baby the Stars Shine Bright. The top button is bit lose. The waist belt has a cute ribbon heart button and can be two different sizes. There's a general feeling of wear but the coat is in great condition. The fabric has shiny silver threads through it, hence the "twinkle" in the name. The Lolibrary link says 90cm bust, but I think that's a bit low. I got it buttoned over my 102cm bust, but the buttons gapped so I think you shouldn't wear it over, say, 95cm.
