Bought New from Angelic Pretty. The umbrella is waterproof and UV protectant, perfect for rainy weather and protecting you from the sunshine. The print is super cute all the way around, and it helps you stand out on a gloomy dark day. The umbrella in general is in great condition but due to the poor choice of storage the spokes have slight rust and will color transfer on the inside. One it transfer can be wiped down with a damp towel but it will happen again once you close it. I have not tried to use remover or any other chemicals. There is general signs of wear and slight discoloration but the print is still vibrant.
