JSK and matching barrette included.

I bought this dress second hand. It had some minor staining on it, but I removed all the ones I saw and have taken it to the dry cleaners. There may be more but I'm pretty sure I have removed them all. They came right out with a tide-to-go pen and some water. 

On the lolibrary it says that this dress is 89~, but I wanted to reassure you that if your bust is around 100cm it will still fit you. I'm that size and it fits me. :) It's also missing the ribbon that goes around the shirring.
