Angelic Pretty Toy Drop JSK + Barette Black Set

This piece is super versatile- down sizing my wardrobe or I'd keep it! There is definitely the feeling of some wear on this piece but nothing obvious sticks out. :) I have resewn a waist tie button on that pulled off, that sucker ain't going no where now.
Barette still has jewel drop on it as well!
Dress has an attachable bib/yolk bit that secures down with buttons which is MIA If I can find it before I send it out you'll get it free of charge. I made the mistake of putting it somewhere "special" and now I can't remember where that is.
Photos look a bit yellow that's just my lighting. Lace is offwhite though.
Measurements I'm unsure of refer to lolibrary.
