I tried to inspect the condition to the best of my ability (I am the original owner who has worn it a few times and gently handwashed it) but please note it was an amateur inspection ^_^ so I may have missed something minor.
My bust is 79cm so I can't comment on its strechiness BUT I do know the original minimum bust would've been around 92cm and it's really decently stretchy shirring.

I look after my clothes and wash them after every wear, however, in order to keep them as close to pristine as humanely possible. I am PET FREE and SMOKE FREE, as well as alcohol free, aiding the condition of the clothes.
