-I do my best to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment but sometimes I work long hours and will not make it to the post office before they close. Other times, when I have multiple items for sale, I generally wait until all my buyers have paid so that I can just take one trip to the post office. If I am unable to ship within 24 hours, I will let you know ASAP. -I always thoroughly check my sale items for any flaws as I take their proof photos and do my best to inform of even the smallest ones I find. However, if you purchase an item from me and you find a flaw that I overlooked, please message me ASAP before leaving me less than positive feedback. If you can promptly provide proof photos to the e-mail I give you, I will absolutely refund some of the money you paid for the item(s). -I ship from a smoke free home but I do have two cats and a parrot. None of them are allowed near my Lolita wardrobe, but please be aware if you have allergies. -Unless I specify otherwise, I am open to payment plans but I will only ship once the final part of the payment has been received. -Unless I specify otherwise, I will accept holds, but due to buyers backing out on me in the past, I require a non-refundable $10 down payment for all purchases up to $100 (including shipping), after that it becomes a 10% non-refundable down payment. -In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, I try and ship with limited disposable packaging (ex: if a dress set comes with jewellery and several soft accessories, I will try my best to wrap the jewellery up carefully in the soft accessories to save on bubble wrap). That being said, if this is not possible (ex: if it is only jewellery with nothing soft to wrap it in), then I will absolutely make sure it gets wrapped in bubble wrap. If you wish for any part of a set to be wrapped up in extra padding, I will do so upon request. -All shipping quotes I give are based on previous experience, and within Canada and to the USA, they include tracking and insurance. -I will ship outside of North America, just please note that shipping overseas is generally very costly even without tracking and insurance. -I am willing to ship at the cheapest option (which does not include tracking or insurance) upon request, but if you choose this, please be aware that once it is shipped, it is out of my hands and I am no longer responsible for what happens to it as there will be no way to prove that it was or was not received. That being said, if I do over-estimate how much shipping will be, I always refund the difference.
