Angelic Pretty Tea Cup Headdress
Purchased secondhand, worn briefly at home for an online meetup.
There is not a lot of information about this item out there, but I believe it was released alongside the first release of Wonder Party in 2008.
Good condition, except for a pull in one of the ribbons. The hat itself is kind of strange construction-wise, but I compared it to photos of another one and it seems to be normal rather than flawed.
