This is the Sweets Princess OP in black x white by Angelic Pretty. It has full back shirring and detachable neck straps. There are couple flaws. On the white row of vertical lace on the bodice on the right side there are a couple faint spots. on the hem bow on the same side there is another mark. Please see the pictures. The elastic in the shoulders is still really nice and stretchy and tight, not stretched out from being hung from the shoulders
