Hi there! I don't ship outside the US generally because I ship USPS and it tends to cost quite a bit for the buyer. I can make exceptions but I don't want an international buyer to purchase something and then get blindsighted by high prices.

Hi there! The measurements taken from lolibrary are as follows: Bust About 84cm Length About 53cm Cuff About 22cm Sleeve Length About 62cm I'm not at home and can't measure it just yet, but from the way it fit on me the waist is similar to the bust, maybe a couple cm smaller. I'll measure when i get home this evening. I ship USPS flat rate which will be 7.20 USD in a small box, it comes with tracking and insurance. Hope this helps!
