There are heart everywhere on this blouse! Heart buttons, heart lace, and heart details. There are pretty bows on the sleeve cuffs, at both the long sleeve and the short sleeve. Comes with two spare buttons on the inside tag. Long sleeves can be detached (unbuttoned) to turn this into a short sleeve blouse. Each sleeve attaches by four clear buttons, which I tried to show in one of the pictures (photo brightness lowered to make it easier to see the clear buttons). The short sleeves' cuffs are elastic so they can fit a range of sizes, but please note that the top cuff of the long sleeves (where they button onto the short sleeves) are NOT elastic, so the long sleeves will only fit a maximum arm circumference of 8".
Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail flat rate in a padded envelope. Due to my current work location and schedule, I am only able to ship on weekends.

I ship by default using recycled packaging. For shipping within the U.S., I use priority shipping with tracking, but uninsured. If the value of the package is $200 or more, I will only ship with Signature Confirmation.
For international shipping: I prefer to ship via EMS, which comes with tracking. I am happy to mark packages as "gift" and mark the value down.
I am not responsible for the item(s) once it has left my hands. If the package is lost and no tracking or insurance was purchased, I will certainly descend upon the post office on your behalf, but I do not refund.
