This is a stunning and hard to Find JSK from Angelic Pretty. It does not have any waist ties because they have been used to add more room in the bust and waist. I had it professionally altered by a tailor to add 2 panels to each side. I have also elongated the shoulder room by moving the buttons down.  It is super comfy and the print is bright and colorful. There is one tiny mark on the front bow but it is hardly noticeable see last picture. Message me with any questions or if you need a quote to ship outside the US.
