It’s a shorter / older angelic pretty dress so it will only accommodate XS-S maybe a medium too. I would not recommend it for anyone larger than a medium American size.
I have found no imperfections from the dress and bow. The socks however have decent wear on them and have been slightly stretched out by previous owner.
I will ship priority mail which is $13 with a $50 insurance. If you want more insurance added please let me know before purchasing
