Absolutely gorgeous and in near new condition!

Wonderful quality apron skirt by AP. Lovely crisp cotton fabric. Some of the details include: inbuilt petticoat, ribbon patterned lace, and biscuit buttons!

Please note, the waist on this item is definitely smaller than the measurements recorded on Lolibrary. From my own measurements, the waist appears to be about 66cm, with a bit of stretch (I'd say up to an inch). I'm about a 72cm waist, and it just barely fits (although is quite tight!). I'd definitely recommend for someone with a 70cm waist or smaller - you could potentially adjust the hook & eye closure to add an extra few cms.

All in all it is a lovely garment and a very regretful sale!

Will include a pair of matching biscuit otks (offbrand, not AP). Socks are in very good condition, have been tried on a few times but never worn extensively.
