Red with white lace Sweet Bear cape with detachable bow. I got this is part of the happy pack set but I’ve sold the other pieces. I’ve worn this a handful of times but there aren’t really any signs of wear that I can find. This is awesome and super versatile. It’s a great way to change up a coord. The lace has hearts in and and the detachable bow has a bear charm

i would say it doesn’t have a max bust size per se, because it only attaches at the neck and the front flaps would just be more Igor less open at the bottom. I wore this when I had a 100 bust just fine, it could easily accommodate larger
