Condition: This dress is missing a waist tie button. I didn't use the waist ties and will include them, since the set doesn't include the barrette you could make a hair accessory out of them if you choose. For its age it's in good condition with no fading in the print. It is the most vibrant of the sugary carnivals that I own. The royal blue stands out and looks rich in photos and in person. There is an area on the back of the dress that has some small stains that I have photographed. The socks are in good condition with some fading in the soles. They were not worn much by me.

When I look at the measurements on lolibrary, it say that the bust only goes up to 87cm, and the waist only 66cm. This looks like this is by far the smallest sugary carnival jsk, which is sad because its my favorite. Do you think its actually that small? I've got an 80cm waist 98cm bust.

I have two other sugary carnivals and this one definitely fits differently. The other two have corset lacing but this one does not and has full back shirring. I believe with your measurements you wouldnt have an issue.
