Cute bag though I never fully fell in love with it, I just loved the design idea and the predominant mint color. It has suffered some issues with storage (and in fact, because I used it so infrequently, I was a bit shocked at the damages inside of the bag -- when taking pictures, I fully expected the inside to be entirely clean/pristine). These are the main flaws I can see and identify:
- A thin black 2 in. mark across the pink "Angelic" heart addendum
- Tiny stain in between the two T's in "Pretty"
- Tiny stain right underneath the dip of the heart on the backside
- Leatherette flaking from the left corner of the heart on the backside / along the top of the back pocket; **note: this is the only part of the bag that has this behavior, fortunately (unlike the severely damaged bags I already sold), this bag does not look like it's going to "shed" or flake anytime soon, and I believe the bag maintains structural integrity**
- Indentations throughout the bag such as on the "Love Me" yellow heart attachment, across the back (which is a little concave up overall), nail marks along the backside, and a small diagonal imprint right underneath the letter "Y" in "Pretty"
- The straps are a little wrinkled but not flakey; there is a small faint grey stain along the straps that might've been ink transfer from another bag
- The inside of the bag has discoloration along the perimeter of the zipper. I have no idea what this could be at all, and frankly I'm a little miffed from discovering it. I've never put anything that could risk leaking, etc. inside this bag, and I've used it (as the first owner) maybe all of four times. Maybe it's ... glue? :( The rest of the bag looks great (on the inside), as you can see no stains from dirt, food, cosmetics, etc.
- This isn't a flaw per se since the bag already arrived this way, but, because of how the bag is designed (with the other two hearts being very thin), the pink "Angelic" heart is visibly bent and has bend marks from pushing against the edge of the main part of the bag.
