This dress unfortunately has a small stain on the lace on the bodice, I have tried to remove it without success. It is not very noticeable, the criss crossing ribbon does help mask it. It also has some white streaky laundry stains on the sides. This is why this dress is greatly reduced. Chest is 14 inches across laying flat. It has back shirring. I was able to fit into it with a 36D chest. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees. Priority Mail is the only way I ship. Genrally works out to be about 5-7 dollars.

What are the measurements for waist and total length? Do you have any additional pics showing the "white streaky laundry stains on the sides"?

Waist is 12inches laying flat across but is shirred. Length from top of chest to bottom lace is 28 inches
