Second owner 
Bought new with tags and removed them to try it on. Unfortunately I've never been able to fit, however it does have shirring in the back. The arms button quite small in my opinion. 
Its basically new without tags but please also take into consideration the age of the dress. 
I took the brooch off that came with it and wont be including it.
