This is an older piece from Angelic Pretty, it's the Shy Bear Rucksack in White. I bought this secondhand and have used it a few times myself. The straps are adjustable. It's still in great condition given it's age and has no stains or marks from what I can see. It does show some signs of wear from storage and use.
