Not the first owner. Shoulder Ribbon JSK has been released a tons of times with different trims, this matched the photos of the 2006 version on Lolibrary, but many of the posts doesn't have any photos and it has probably been released more times than what's seen on Lolibrary, so be aware that it can be both newer and older than 2006. No offers on this item, will be up for a month or two before re-entering the wardrobe.

Overall pink tint except the sad detachable waist bow, it looks white until you put it next to something white like our door
Pit stains
Small brown spot on the sad waist bow
A spot with pinkish discolourations on the front side skirt
Overall wrinkled, will wrinkle even more during shipment
The shoulder ribbons have been removed and hand stitched back, stitched through the brand tag
