Hi! So sorry for the delay, I never received an email notifying me of your comment! D: I would say the measurements are pretty accurate; I'm a 36" bust and 28" waist and the dress was snug but comfortable. It's made of a satin, so it doesn't have a lot of stretch. If you need more specific measurements, please let me know and I'll take some flat or try it on again. Shipping to Scotland would be somewhere between $25-35, depending on the dress' actual weight. Please let me know if there's anything else I can answer for you! :)
