This is a headbow I bought with my very first dress many years ago. At the time, the only damage was the minor tear along the bottom of the headband part. I had never worn this headbow since I had it because I felt like it looked like a half bonnet. There are orange/brown dots all over on the inside of the headbow (last photo) and I believe it's from the wire rusting, and tarnishing the fabric. It almost looks like marker and it blends into the fabric. On the outside appearance, there is no damage that I can see!
