This is Quartet Chocolate by Angelic Pretty. This version of the dress is the Napoleon cut so it has the really cute waistcoat bodice look.

I love this dress because of the built in petticoat which give the dress extra poof!

Alas, my tastes have changed and this no longer fits in with my wardrobe so I'm moving it on to a new home.
