Bought secondhand and only tried on. I wasn't aware how much discolouring there was when I bought it.
This JSK used to be an OP, however the previous owner removed the sleeves, the repairs look like something of a home job and have just been sewn flat on the inside of the bodice. The shirring is stretched especially towards the top. The neck ties are still attached. Generally there are some lightly faded areas and discolouring, especially by the underarms and some at the lower portion of the skirt. I believe that this arrived after it had been washed so I am unsure how much further the discolouring can be removed.
The bow of the headbow isn't attached to the band but I don't know for certain if it ever was.
