Bought this skirt thinking I'd be able to alter it using waist tie fabric, but due to the underskirt/overskirt construction, it's a bigger project than I want to take on. Skirt is in great condition - I spotted one loose thread along the ruffle seam of the skirt. Waist ties are wrinkled from having been tied by previous owner - easy ironed. No stains or other damage that I observed.

Waist per Lolibrary: ~64cm - 70cm

My household contains a cat, but I try to keep him away from the clothes & shoes. Please be careful if you have serious allergies - I don't guarantee that anything is pet dander free.
