Tried it on and didn't fit... It was a gift. No stains or snags so it's in beautiful condition.

I got this,as a Christmas gift and sadly it does not fit. So reselling and using money to buy a different skirt.
This skirt is white and a size small/medium.18inch long and waist looks like 13.5inch(or fits about a 27 inch waist) across at the waist. This skirt has no shearing but does have a zipper Beautiful condition with no stains or snags.
Looking for a new home.♡
