Bought new from AP Paris, I’ve worn this JSK twice (it’s been washed) and the headbow is actually NWT. No damages but I have modified the belt to fit me (26 inch waist). I can easily move the snaps back to the original size for you if you prefer, but just know that there are some needle holes on the inside of the belt because of this. Not visible when worn.
