They both have been bought new from Angelic Pretty Japan.
The set is in very good condition, only worn a few times, BUT the zipper on the side of the dress had broken and was replaced. It was professionally made (see pictures for the replaced zipper). Otherwise, everything is in perfect condition.
The JSK comes with its waist ties, detachable bow, and detachable back strap.
