As noted in the title, this bag has damage in that it is actively peeling and flaking, I'm not sure what caused it.  There may be some way to seal the material and stop it from further peeling/flaking, but I couldn't figure out how to do so.  There are otherwise no holes in the bag itself, all zippers are whole and fully functional, and the inside lining is clean and in good condition. 

I am not the first owner of the bag, I received it from a friend who moved out of state and have never used it. It may be possible to wrap ribbons or a twilly around the bag handles in addition to possibly sealing the outer surfaces.
