Hello! This is the very first skirt of the ‘royal chocolate’ series that came out in 2011. The skirt is in amazing condition for its age, no stains or damage. There is the general feeling of wear. It has an adjustable elastic for the waist. Sad to let go, I’ve just grown out of lolita! Max measurements for the waist would be around 74 cms.
