Is there a texture to the stains? And do the stains feel like it's become part of the garment?

Hi! There isn’t any texture to them and it is part of the fabric. A theory my bf and I came to is that the previous owner might’ve washed it with a detergent that had bleach in it and that’s why it’s discolored? I’m not 100% sure what it is though ;;
