AP Ribbon Decoration OP in sax and pink

Blue velvet OP, I am be the third owner. Never worn by me or the previous owner.
Very good condition, some light staining as pictured though not very noticeable.
Pearls/bow are removable and I do have them but forgot to attach at time of taking pic
