Angelic Pretty Ribbon Cocktail Skirt
This is Angelic Pretty's Ribbon Cocktail Skirt in Ivory from 2011. It's in great shape; I bought it second-hand, but have only worn it once. It turns out I'm not really a skirt person!
The ivory part is velvet - and it's AP's true ivory, which means it has a more creamy, warm tint to it - my photos make it look more like a cool white, but it's definitely warmer. The pink parts are chiffon and lace, and there are pearl accents on the waist. The waist ties are detachable, and it zips up the side. I have a 74 cm waist and it fits great.
