I purchased this skirt on Lace Market. At the time it had some little stains on the liner. I was able to remove them with Oxyclean, but I included photos of the liner just in case there were some I missed/full disclosure. The skirt is in beautiful condition and I would keep it if it wasn't so short on me. I also have pets, but the dress was just washed and hung away from them.
