A gorgeous JSK that I purchased used and wore twice. The previous seller let me know that the bow was lose, so I secured it.
Beyond that, I see no glaring, obvious flaws, but please keep in mind that this is a used dress. The hanging photo is for reference only, this dress has been carefully stored in a dress bag when in my closet, and not hung by the halter neck.
