Bought this dress second hand thinking I could alter it but could not figure out a way to do that with the little peplums at the waist. There is a button missing for the waist tie, there is an example of it in one of the photos. I'm not sure if there are other minor issues (like bows missing) but there is no staining that I have been able to find.
