Pre-owned. It has many signs of having been worn, but overall has no significant damage. All pom-poms, lace, buttons, waist-ties, and neck bow are accounted for.

* Yellowing on neck collar
* Pressure marks in velvet at bodice
* Wrinkles at elbows on sleeves
* Red color transfer on cuff pleats
* Yellowing and small stain dots on cuffs

The dress has all pom-poms, waist-ties, neck bow, and buttons intact. The zipper at the waist has very minor stretching (looks normal, but mentioning it anyway). Armpits are clean. No smell. I do have three dogs who shed for those with allergies and I do my best to thoroughly lint roll garments before shipping. The yellowing at the collar and cuffs may be fixed at a professional cleaner, although this is at the risk of the new owner as Angelic Pretty metallic print screens on velvet have a tendency to be melted by careless dry cleaners.
