Angelic Pretty Puppet Circus OP

I purchased this years ago from a Japanese seller in good condition and have worn it a couple of times. It came to me with some makeup stains (I assume) along the collar and some minor red stains along the sleeves caused by the dye bleeding onto the white fabric, which I have tried to show in the pictures provided. Other than that, the dress is in great condition. The gold foil has not cracked/peeled and the pompoms are all there!

Dry cleaned once, but they could not remove the stains.

I will include a pair of matching bows by Alice and the Pirates. It looks like they used the same lace and the buttons are very similar. If you do not want them, please let me know.
