i just measured the dress and it's a max of 90cm. i measured on the safe side though, still had a little more give.

One last question (sorry if I'm bothering you): Does the shirring stretch the waist part also, or just the bust? The dress is super cute, just need to make sure it will fit me :)

Ok, then I might have to think a bit. This would be my first dress, and my waist is (about)73 cm. It's close to 28 inches, so I'm not sure if the waist would be too small/wouldn't zip/not be able to breathe/ just look weird. My bust is 37-35 inches. Do my measurements seem to large? (Don't worry, I'm not easily offended lol.)

hmmmm, it would def fit you in the bust. the waist measurement is at the natural waist, right under your ribcage. i feel like you're cutting it pretty close. i don't think it would look bad, but i am not sure how comfortable it's going to be.
