Angelic Pretty Polka-Dot Skirt and Headbow Set

For sale is a polka-dot skirt and headbow set from Angelic Pretty. I am not sure of the year it came out but it is in very good condition and I can't find any flaws aside from a general feeling of being worn. The skirt is on the shorter side at approximately 15.5" and has a max waist of approximately 27". It also has a built-in petticoat. It has never been worn by me as it is a bit too short for my liking. The previous owner said that there was something wrong with the lining but I couldn't find anything. I have included their picture of it though.
