Really old AP dress I've had, never worn myself, faint unnoticeable stains

Condition: Used/old. I have never worn this piece, however I have had it for several years. After looking closely, there are faint stains on this dress but pretty unnoticeable, I had to look really close.
The center bow is detachable. The sleeves are shirred to give them a puffed look. The neckties are not detachable. There is a zipper going straight down the back and the front is slightly shirred.
