High waist JSK made of red polka dot chiffon (offwhite dots) with two rows of scallops. Trimmed with heart chain chemical lace -- see detail photo! is quite cute <3. The red color is a warm, bright red, leaning very slightly toward orange. The chiffon is light and floaty.
I purchased the dress secondhand but it is clean and in very good condition. It is missing one of the two small bow pins (pictured on the shoulder straps in the stock photo); I purchased it this way. All of the rest of the detachable pieces (other bow pin, waist ties) are present. Cute as it is, I am selling it because I do not like how it fits me. The bodice was a bit too small and tight for my bust (107 cm). I would not recommend this for someone with a large bust (even if your bust is within the measurements, it may not be flattering if your bust is large relative to your waist/underbust).
